Analyst Position at a Private Developer in Orange County for Retail/NNN/Office
I am going to start a job soon as a Jr Financial Analyst at a small private firm and already done so light analysis on 2 properties just for them to see if I had the chops. First starting out at the bottom rung of the ladder, how much knowledge is expected from you managers/principals out there? I don't want to feel like I am in over my head but I am just really nervous and don't want to mess this opportunity up.
