Anbang Hospitality Portfolio Sale

I've come to learn that the Chinese Government is unloading Anbang's hospitality assets which include some trophy assets in a handful of markets across the US. Rumors has it that this is strictly being marketed as a portfolio transaction and they have only approached 5 potential buyers. I've heard that one group has tied up the full portfolio. Has anyone here heard who this group might be? Given the size I would imagine Blackstone, but I wouldn't be surprised if someone else stepped up.
