this was a case study I did for a job a couple years ago. I had to update it for a separate analysis I was playing with, hence the 2016 date. I don't see why it wouldn't still be applicable to use today for practice - hence I'm passing along.
The instructions are on the T12 tab...I also included my first stab at the exercise one sheet over.

was this for Tishman Speyer interview or something? I tried opening the model and it gives me an error msg saying it can't access "mail.tishmanspeyer server" to update the file... and model is all hard coded.
