Anybody on here work for one of the major developers or know anybody that works at one of these players? I know long hours and not great cultures is sort of name of the game with these guys but would be great to know which ones are more enjoyable work places than others.
Specifically looking more into developers that are asset type agnostic, not focused on only one or two asset types.

I'm also very interested in the answer to this question. I know that LifeCo institutions have great WLB but they aren't developers. If anyone has specific names that would be amazing. My intuition is that they will be a smaller firm or perhaps a Canadian/European one?
Canadian pensions (some of which do large developments) have good WLB with the exception of certain groups
