Any development deals on the side?
I really enjoyed reading the thread about people's other investment deals on the side and I wanted to open up a thread for anyone doing any development or strong refurb deals on the side?
I am looking to do my own deals on the side in a couple of years and wanted to see if anyone has got any tips or recommendations when starting out. Just trying to learn as much as possible.
Lower your daily expenses and save up as much money as possible.
Try to househack (live in one side of a duplex, rent out the other to subsidize your housing payment).
Form connections with a lot of real estate people, you never know who will be beneficial later.
