Any Good Real Estate Price Index?
Hi guys,
I'm just wondering if you guys know of any real estate price index (by country) that's widely used in the industry? Google search pointed me to the 'global housing watch' by IMF, but those data were only for 1 year and hence not very useful.

Nareit and NCRIEF are probably your best bet.

My firm uses MSCI IPD data, but it's not free. Not sure how much we pay for it.
