Any Ideas?
Anyone have any ideas on how to solve this thing? I was hoping someone a little better at these cases might be able to talk through working through it. I've been working through some practice case studies on the internet that I had found and was curious as to how you would go about modeling out the midyear dispositions. Would it just be as simple as (r/sf*total sf)-(r/sf*disposed sf)*0.5 or is there a better way/more appropriate method of thinking through rent contributions from the disposed properties?
