They are recruiting an acquisition associate for their Industrial JV with Cerberus. Any information on the company/culture would be greatly appreciated !

Poor firm, heard the culture there is pretty awful and they are struggling to acquire any sites in the Cerb JV. Also spoke to a recruiter who noted that the turnover of staff is pretty fierce.
It's in line with what I heard too. I did my DD by contacting former employees and they confirmed all the above.
First round done with them in London a month ago approx.
Invest director + Legal Director (he was here to check the cultural fit and said he liked interviews...)
Legal guy sounded pedantic and far from being friendly
Invest guy sounded ok and answered questions in details but headhunter feedback was they won't invite me to next rounds as I haven't worked in big boxes / log... (Extremely clear on my CV and intro...)
Made it to the final round and the legal guy apologised for not being at my first interview, but he was there and couldn't remember me... That's how much he likes interviews I guess 😂
What sort of comp were they offering?
The base was not great: 75k max and the bonus was unknown (according to the recruiter it was competitive...)
I think the legal director has also now left the business !
