Any Real Estate Newsletter Recommendations?

I'm really getting into real estate investing and want to learn more about the industry. Does anyone have any free newsletter recommendations? I want to read interviews, deals, learn about fundraising, etc. For example, in PE there's PE HUB Wire and Axios Pro Rata (PE and VC). If there's one specific for real estate like this, please comment below! Also, if you have any book recommendations related to real estate investing or stories, I'd love to get them as well for the holidays.

He pushed me to be more intentional about how I talk about my experience and gave me concrete steps to prepare for interviews, from tailoring my resume to practicing financial modeling.
