Any thoughts/experience with SPI Advisory

I've been following SPI (GP/Syndicator) out of Dallas for a few years now and I like their approach, markets, and business model. Likely will jump in a couple of their deals this year, but would like to hear if anyone has experience with them and/or any opinions on the firm. Thank you very much.
I've invested in one deal with SPI Advisory that has gone full cycle and exceeded projections. I was very happy with their execution, reporting and transparency. I do know they had to do capital calls on several other deals due to having floating rate debt.
