Any tips for incoming investments sales intern?

Hi all,

Long time lurker, first-time poster. I recently landed an investment sales internship with a top firm (think Eastdil, CBRE, JLL, etc.) in a major market. Does anyone have any advice on how to make the most of it and leave a good impression on the higher-ups? I Know there's a lot for banking SAs but very little for CRE brokerage. Thanks!
