Anybody interested in being a CMBS originator in Southern California?

Does anybody here know an experienced commercial real estate professional who would be interested in working exclusively as a CMBS originator in Southern California? I am a CMBS production analyst for a Canadian Bank. Our balance sheet business is well established and our institutional clients of the balance sheet's business include Related, Brookfield, Carlyle, Blackstone. Our CMBS business is growing and we work primarily with non institutional clients in the middle markets space ($2MM-50MM). While we have a good balance sheet presence in the west coast, we currently do not have a southern california based CMBS originator, and the bank wants to improve our CMBS platform in the west coast. As you will be the only CMBS originator in the entire west coast, you will be a market leader, so if anyone is interested in this opportunity or has any leads, feel free to pm me and send them my way and I will gladly make an introduction to our team.
I'm assuming the company is CIBC?
That's where my mind went at first as well but I think that they already have a CMBS presence in SoCal.
RBS used to have some guys here until they left to SocGen
