I dont know much abou them but get calls often. With zero real knowledge of them it seems like a middle market company alla M&M, Transwestern, Stream.
Thanks for the response. Are you/have you had experience being a cre broker at a firm? If not, what is it that you do and what path did you take to get there?
My first few years in the business were office tenant rep in NYC. Now I do acquisitions/capital markets/asset management for a family office.
Heard good things about the company culture. I’d guess no draw/base salary and a bunch of cold calling. When I was in school they were recruiting pretty heavily from SEC/Texas schools for their Dallas/ATL/Nashville offices.
What have you done after graduation? Did you become a broker?
Didn't go the brokerage route. Work for a CRE mortgage originator
Like a smaller Marcus Millichap.
