Anyone done a Paradox.ai interview before?

Hi everyone,

I recently got invited to a virtual interview through Paradox.ai, and I was wondering if anyone here has used this tool before for an initial interview. Any tips or advice would be super appreciated!

The role I applied for is an entry-level position for new graduates at a real estate financing company. From what I’ve heard from others at the company, the first-round interview is usually more informal and personality/behavioral-focused, but I’m not sure how that works when it’s done through Paradox.

If you’ve gone through this kind of interview, what was it like? And how would you suggest I prepare?

Thanks in advance!
