Anyone else just get a pay bump? -Mkt Adjustment
I work at a top 20 real estate investment manager and we just got a market adjustment based off what’s going on with the banks. This included analyst who just started this summer.
anybody else get a bump? It would be interesting to benchmark it.

We got a ~15% bump
I got a ~7% raise a month or 2 ago. Came as a surprise as I haven’t even been with the company a full year yet.
Not a base increase but an unexpected spot bonus
