Anyone have a deal tracker?
Does anyone have a deal tracker they'd be willing to share or provide a high-level overview of what it looks like? I'm making one now and want to make sure I'm adding all the relevant metrics for each deal. Things like deal size, number of units, LTV, lender, LP, etc..
