Good reit that develops luxury Multifamily property. Would love to join the company as an asset manager some day
relatively low stress, easy product, balance sheet REIT development. Generally smart and nice folk, middle of the pack comp.

My previous Head of Construction worked there. Very niche expertise, but he really knew his stuff. A good person, with interests that extended outside of the office.
Exits are pretty insane to workforce housing funds as well
I just accepted an offer as an FP&A analyst with them next summer. Everybody I have talked to, from first years to development directors, has nothing but high praise. Great community, opportunity for vertical growth, well known name in CRE industry.
I worked there for 5 years in an investments role. Good culture, good people, incredible long term performance (especially relative to other REITs), comp was ok. Happy to answer any questions.
