Anyone in the Dallas area want to team up?

I am living in Dallas and will be here for another 18 months, working from home, while my fiance finishes her residency. If anyone is in the area that would consider partnering up to source and acquire value add multi-family opportunities please let me know. I am flexible on property type but my focus has been multi-family up until now. Trying to avoid analysis paralysis and need to take advantage of my work schedule while working remotely. I think we could grab a beer and see if we are looking for the same things and if not it will be good networking.

I would be interested in talking. I have a lot of multifamily experience. I have been wanting to do my own thing for awhile now. I know a young guy that just raised $100MM and said the environment for capital is great but I am sure it's finding the deals that will hard. Multifamily especially value add has been hot for so long. You are seeing B & C level stuff being purchased for close to replacement cost. It's insane.
