I did about a year ago, but I do not remember the questions. I think they were general interview questions, such as why Altus group? why real estate? Etc. After that, I think I spoke to the HR person for a bit, then a modeling test. It was not a traditional modeling test, but it was one page of filling out the numbers in a historical income statement to get the expense ratio, vacancy %, etc. Another page on math problems, another one on ranking and adding comments on sales comps, and a small write-up for an email response (pretending like you are sending data and info to someone).
