Anyone interview with JBG Smith
Curious what questions they ask in interviews. Would love to know experience of working there as well.

This thread has some good info on the company, but it’s for the development side. The investments team may be different
I interviewed with them when they were just JBG for both internships and then full time jobs, but for the development side. If you follow @JSmithRE2010" 's thread, you'll see that Ricky Rosay knows a bit about them too.
I read that thread, pretty insightful. My interview is with the Investments team - which I know they only started splitting the development from the investments roles not long ago.
Wondering if anyone had a recent interview with them - mine is about 3 hours
Had an interview there on the development side a little over a year ago. Format was walk through resume, a few very simple financial questions, a simple case study, and then questions for them/chatting.
If you have any RE experience it should be very easy and more focused on fit.
So I actually had a phone interview, and completed the case study. I’m now heading down there tomorrow for my third (assuming last round). I have 2 years CRE finance experience - if it’s all fit questions that’s good. Was wondering what else to expect.
Do you remember what type of finance questions you had?
