Anyone looking to hire a RE Investment Analyst? (Asking for my cousin)

Hi all,

I hope this post finds you well.

As a bit of background, I have a cousin that resides in Philadelphia, PA. He's 28 years old, and currently owns/manages a very small portfolio of residential/commercial properties. My cousin has an accounting degree from a non-target school, knows ARGUS/modeling, and also has a broad range of RE experience (ranging from doing actual tiling/painting and property assessments, to speaking with brokers/agents, and running financial models/general finances for the firm).

Due to career aspirations, my cousin wants to transition to a RE investment firm (ideally a REIT or investment firm, and he's open to both small and large firms). He's a bright, honest, "roll your sleeves up" kind of guy, and is available to relocate to NY immediately. To this end, I'm trying to help him find some opportunities (I've dug into my limited RE rolodex to no avail).

I don't know much about RE recruiting or job opportunities, but can anyone provide some direction? Just trying to help my cousin progress in his career and pursue his own path.

Please let me know if I can send you his resume?

I sincerely appreciate your help.
