I work for mid size (250 + employee) infill developer that does pretty much anything it feels like (Single family, multifamily, office, retail, hospitality) and we are looking for a standardized modeling solution and development cost tracking platform. Short of creating our own from scratch it seems as though Argus seems to still be the only name in the game. It’s been some years (8 ish) since I have used it and wondering if it’s gotten any better over the years.
