anyones have tips for modeling Industrial properties or an old OM?

Hi guys,

I am a first year analyst. With the current state of the economy, I am thinking of switching shops. The only groups hiring in my area all deal with industrial properties. I have never seen an industrial deal in my life. Does anyone have an old OM I could check out? My current shop mostly deals with multifamily and mixed-used properties.

From the surface, Industrials seem to be simple and straight forward. Am I missing something?
