Are there any proptech/SaaS that are really adding value/streamlining CRE world?

Do you see any proptech/Saas that are really adding value/streamlining CRE world? Either asset management, underwriting streamlining, marketplace, transaction management or data validation, valuation, etc?

Finneo/Lev have been producing some pretty great results in the capital markets space. They leverage tech and data to track lender activity for a more targeted approach. From what I’ve seen they have sped up the financing process and are usually able to get better rates/more leverage. Lev typically under 5M and Finneo typically 5M+ on deal size.

Can someone explain to me all these lender start ups, specifically FINNEO because it was mentioned, how does their "AI" or tech add any value?

I get that they say they have the AI "size" the loan and select the best lender and have underwriting packages. Ok fantastic! I can also build this feature in Excel .... LTV > 75% . ok show these lenders... market = "X" ,... show these lenders.

Some very basic features that have been around for decades are now being re-marketed as AI and brokers and advisors are actually eating it up and switching to these firms. Anyone have any insight on actual features of tech enabled lenders?
