Ares Real Estate Credit - London / NYC
Does anyone have any insight into Ares real estate credit team in London / NYC? Interested to hear whether they are growing and what type of money are they deploying (ie their own fund, REIT, separately managed accounts). Thanks!!
Aggressive growth, esp. in London as its a new team. Have their own dedicated funds, separate accounts but can also use the equity funds up to a certain extent from what I have heard.
