Does anyone use argus for multi? Wondering if it's worth it to learn how to use it.

Worth it to learn it? No idea what your personal situation is, career goals, etc - it's widely used in office, industrial, retail, anything with complex lease structures or where it's useful for a broker to share a pre-built underwriting. I've never seen it used in multifamily though, so no, it's not useful for that.
It's pretty useless for multifamily unless you are looking at heavy mixed use developments.
Agree with others. The lease structures and terms in MF are too straightforward to necessitate Argus.
I agree with all the above, though so many roles at lower levels like 1st year associate and below they like to see it on the resume, so if say a internship allows you to become proficient in it go for it. Same with school. They like it as a resume fluffer.
