I have an upcoming interview with one of the major brokerage shops in a major market for an IS analyst position on the retail/industrial team. Should I expect an ARGUS test? I have some experience with it and have included it on my resume. Thanks.

Having gone through this process, the probability is pretty low. Most likely it will be an excel modelling test. If you understand the fundamentals and can build an acquisition model in excel, most good shops will train you in ARGUS during your first few weeks.
