I have my tenants' square footages inputted correctly. Case study tells me to have my general vacancy at 5% of potential gross revenue and "Gross Revenue by Absorption & Turnover" checked and "Reduce General Vacancy Result by Absorption & Turnover" checked - all of which I did. My area section is not matching up correctly and it has to do with my occupancy because my occupancy percentages are off. Does anyone know how I can correct this?
