I was asked "Fixed Step $0.25/SF increase on the second and third lease year, and $0.50/ SF increases for each lease year after that." Is this correct? Or do I just need two entries?

I think you could change the second line with the .25 bumps to 2 years and then have the third be .50 and have it repeat annually
