Argus Use with Data Center Operators

Does anyone work in the data center sector and use Argus? If yes, how do you use it? Do you model both square footage and KW?

I've been staffed on the sale of a data center property and the current owner only has a very messy Excel file. The info in the Excel file is really good for the in-place numbers but I'm trying to figure out how we will model leasing assumptions, etc. to project out the 10 year cash flows. It's a prominent carrier hotel in a major city. Which means over 200 tenants as well as a mix of office and retail tenants, so we'd like to use Argus.

Any info/experience/advice is appreciated! Thanks.

Wow interesting. Bumping just to be a fly on the wall. I’ve long had an interest in learning this asset class.
