you guys familiar with either of these places? looks like Arrowmark was founded by a few janus capital PMs and started building out their CRE lending platform over the last year or 2. never heard of stronghill capital before but they appear to be the small balance ($1-$15M) lending arm of arrow-mark and have some huge names working for them...is there a reason wso has nothing on these guys?
