Artemis Real Estate Partners

Hi everyone, hope all is well and the New Year is off to a great start! I wanted to make this post to get your opinion on Artemis at the analyst (acquisitions/AM) level. I heard the pay is shit but it can ramp up quickly.

I work in REPE at a comparable fund in NYC. I don't know what they pay analysts, but the associates I know on the team get paid market. They also seem to value work-life balance, which is a plus. Based on news articles, they're raising a lot of money and deploying the capital, so it should be a great learning experience for an analyst.
