Asset Management Asc Bonus structure
Just wanted to get some feedback from everyone. I’m in the process of negotiating a new bonus structure. As well as helping my group come up with a process for new hires.
For junior level asset managers, associate or analyst level. How does your group structure bonuses, obviously AM duties is different from firm to firm. But would love to steal some ideas here.
