I've got an interview next week for an Asset Management Associate role at a PERE top 50 shop focusing exclusively on multifamily investments. Can anyone clue me in on what to expect? I am brushing up on all the multifamily modules in the BIWS course up until the interview.
My current role splits my time ~50/50 acquisitions and asset management focusing on multifamily. I don't think the test could be anything that will be wildly unfamiliar to me, but having some insight beforehand would help a bunch..
