Straightforward enough…does anyone have insight into the company/leadership? They don’t have much on their site. Seems like they have been successful in a large amount of spec industrial development.

Haven't had much interaction with them, but solid team from what I've heard. Small shop, so might be lots that you're able to take on quickly. Think they're trying to expand out of just spec industrial.
Any clue into what asset classes?
Medical Office from what I heard. Shows they have a medical project on their website also.

No. Reputation of owner was what kept me from accepting. I contacted friends from the area and some had questionable things to say.
Interesting. I don’t know much about them. He said he’s been in and out of communication with them for 6+ months with no offer. Did you have a similar experience?
