Interviewed here last year but didn’t end up getting the offer, believe comp is around $110k base and around $100k bonus for analyst role. They have a vertical for living, working, hospitality, industrial, and are building out a retail vertical. Recently did a JV to develop a movie studio in LA. Hours seem to be long but it seems like the people there are pretty nice.
