Bank of America Tax Credit Investment Analyst

Any chance one of you goons has experience in this group, or knows of people working in it? They reached out to me for a phone interview, and I was hoping to get some insight on what to expect, and how to prepare.

It says its supporting the originations group by analyzing projections of tax credit equity investments (How would this differ from a multi-fam property... how do the taxes come into play?), and affordable housing debt opportunities. Do they focus specifically on multi family and affordable housing projects? I believe the market for affordable housing development right now is pretty hot, and there is money being allocated towards it... Any insight as to possible questions, modeling tests, affordable housing specifics would be HIGHLY appreciated... thanks in advance...
