Base salary to ask for as Asset Manager 3 YOE?

Reposting because messed up something

I’m a 3rd year AM analyst at a REIT and have an interview for a well known shop in LA. I love what I do and want to continue to excel in this. My only question is I don't want to be underpaid but be paid a premium because I'm good and also passionate about what I do.

My current comp is around $80K base with bonus being about 25% the past 3 years straight out of UG. I am almost 26 years old.Is it reasonable to ask for $130K base with 30% bonus? I figured this is a number where I'd be very happy with and would work hard for the company.

Not sure you can command a premium as a 3rd year analyst/1st year associate. This level is filled with a lot of talent. I would say total comp somewhere between 150 and 160k. I would probably think base closer to 115-120k with a higher bonus
