Basic Multi-Fam Model

See quite a few people asking questions regarding Multi-Family (BTR/PRS as it is referred to in my neck of the woods) modelling/analysis tests etc.

I took a few hours at the weekend to stick something together. I was bored and I was due a modelling refreshment run...also because why not! It is a pretty basic model and focuses on the MF operating schedule; management costs, vacancy, lease up, etc.

Really just dropping it here for incoming/new analysts but as it is fresh out of the oven, seasoned chimps feel free to add value/pick up on any mistakes and let the others know.
