Will be working in a BB CMBS group next year after graduation. Interested in pursuing acquisitions at a REPE shop or work in a similar field at a RE debt fund. What sort of exit opps are to be expected coming from a BB CMBS group, and how are those jobs viewed by recruiters/headhunters (is recruiting out harder than the typical RELL/REGL advisory groups?
