BB CRE Lending Career Path
I have just started as an analyst in a CRE lending team at a top BB (GS/MS/JPM) that originates mortgages and converts them into CMBS. I also have prior experience in Acquisitions at a well-known syndicator shop. What are the possible paths I can take in my future in the real estate industry? I know I can stay at this job and become an originator down the line, but does this career have any common exit opportunities?
