BB REIB (Companies) vs Brokerage REIB (Properties)
I'm trying to figure out more about the benefits of working at a BB REIB group that works solely on real estate companies vs working at a REIB group at a brokerage that focuses on properties.
From my perspective, doing BB REIB would give you a more broad finance experience correct? And the deal sizes would be larger too right?
I feel like I see this thread every 3 months just with a new title
REIB would be working with corporate finance and provide more buy side exit ops into RE than most brokerage shops other than eastdil who sends guys to pretty much every major PERE firm
