I interviewed with them a few weeks ago for their associate role. They're a hedge fund who recently launched a real estate team. I believe it's only five people so far. They're investing in opportunistic credit and targeting high teens returns. If I recall correctly they can do pretty much all asset classes. Management of the hedge fund (not the real estate arm) understands high risk deals may lose money.

Two people interviewed me and they were nice. But one was almost ten minutes late and the other was 20 minutes late. Honestly they seem pretty disorganized, but maybe they already chose a candidate by the time they got to me and didn't care.
