Bellwether Asset Management Thoughts?
Hi everyone - was wondering what the general consensus was about Bellwether Asset Management (both equity & debt), especially at a career level for the analyst role. I know they have offices in LA and Dallas, but interested to get more insight into any aspect of the firm (type of work, reputation, competitiveness, prestige, culture, exit opps, pay, etc.)
Any insight would be appreciated.

Great shop in LA. Especially to start your career. Fun younger group. Quasi institutional you'll get good reps and training, pay. Great exit ops.
Gotcha. Assume that applies to the Dallas office as well? How do the experiences differ if doing equity vs debt?
Sweaty grunt work
Nasty place. You had better enjoy being a bot boy.
