I was curious if anyone knows what Berkadia would pay for an experienced financial analyst in the Midwest (Not Chicago)? Also, what is the culture like versus JLL or CBRE? This particular office has no analysts, but do ~$2B in sales per year (They do 80% of the MF sales in one state). Every office is different, but I was curious if anyone had any insight into what Berkadia typically pays outside of the top tier cities?
