I got an indication from them that salary would be like $55k base for an underwriting analyst role and I have two years experience. Minimal bonus. Took my chances in true debt/equity brokerage.
Any idea if the salary will be similar for the rotational program too? I wonder if the rotational program exists in order to grow people from within into underwriting/originating roles as opposed to hiring from outside. That was the range I was seeing too, seems a bit low especially for high cost of living areas like SFO or LA.
I would assume its at that level or lower but I have no idea.
