Berkshire Group - Multifamily Investments

I was recently scheduled for a 1st round/HR screening interview for an analyst position with this shop. I have not been able to find out much about the firm (review wise) outside of what is on their website. Does anyone have any experience working for/with them? Thoughts on culture, deal flow, etc?

I've bought from and sold to them and know that their deal flow is solid. Good group that is well capitalized and well regarded. Don't know them on a super personal level, but they have been honest, fair, and easy to work with on every contract. Great company to work for. I would argue that they're a top quartile multifamily shop. Several buckets of capital to invest. They can do deals themselves or place debt and equity. They've also done some platform level investing and seeded Landmark (largest and probably the best student housing developer) pretty early on.

Solid shop with several buckets of capital (value-add, core+, debt, family money from founders and venture platform to seed GPs). People like doing deals with them.
