Trying to source more deals off market given the current CRE landscape (rising interest rates, sellers slow in adjusting pricing, high construction costs for ground-up development). What are some of the best approaches people have used? Cold-calling and asking around my broker network hasn't yielded much success, would appreciate any tips.
