Best Brokerage Firm?
If you had to rank the big 3 brokerage shops - CBRE, JLL, and Cushman & Wakefield, in what order would you place them?

Really depends on the market. Here in NYC, C&W (Harmon, spies) and CBRE (Stacom) are probably top of the street in terms of investment sales. On the other hand Newmark (Stolly) is maybe the best on the market at debt placement. But again you can't really look at the firms, what matters more is the individual teams.
It depends 100% on the market, the type of brokerage (leasing vs. investment sales vs. debt), the product type, and sometimes even the product class within the product type. Even then, it changes every couple years as a big hitter from one group gets recruited to another.
Finally, stop with the obsession of ranking things. At some point, I can't tell if we're just being trolled or not.
Lol - again with the rankings
It's all market dependent as others said.
But if you really want a ranking just google their deal flows. I bet it's CB, JLL CW in that order. Again, this ranking doesn't mean shit. If we go to a certain market, we'd typically want to work with the most active group there. It could be CB in DFW and JLL in NYC, you get the point....
EASTDIL!!!!!!!!!!
them boys and girls on another level, u ain't finna play with them....fo shizzle!
I wouldn't, our firm has engaged all 3, as well as Eastdil Secured, NKF, Colliers, and other local ones that are relevant, skilled in the markets/prop types were help is needed.
So if the client side doesn't sit and do this...... why worry about it?
