It depends 100% on the market, the type of brokerage (leasing vs. investment sales vs. debt), the product type, and sometimes even the product class within the product type. Even then, it changes every couple years as a big hitter from one group gets recruited to another. 

Finally, stop with the obsession of ranking things. At some point, I can't tell if we're just being trolled or not.

It's all market dependent as others said.

But if you really want a ranking just google their deal flows. I bet it's CB, JLL CW in that order. Again, this ranking doesn't mean shit. If we go to a certain market, we'd typically want to work with the most active group there. It could be CB in DFW and JLL in NYC, you get the point....
