Best family-friendly companies in RE?

My husband and I have a toddler and want a second kid. We left the city for the burbs and at my recent job I was in office 3 days a week (in NYC). We’re hoping to have a second kid and I’m looking for roles in AM or PM, but I want to make sure I want to be at a place that provides work life balance…meaning not working every weekend, vacation and until 10 pm or later every night. Giving me flexibility to work 1-2 days from home given my commute and daycare obligations. And just a culture that wouldn’t make me feel weird if I went on mat leave for a second kid.

what shops should I consider (in nyc metro area) and which should I avoid? I’d be working in asset or portfolio management

Would think that LifeCos or pensions with a RE arm would be a decent bet (MetLife, NYL, pgim, Nuveen etc)
